Two Ways to Register
1. Individual Registration
Sign up your player only. We place them on a team in their division and area.
2. Register With a Team or Friend Group
When you register, anyone can generate a Team Code. Share that code with the players you want on your team. Everyone who enters the same code will be placed together.
- 2–12 players can join using the same code
- Maximum roster size: 12 players (no exceptions)
- Use the correct age division when forming teams
Coaches: You can volunteer during registration. Head coaches choose assistants. Individuals and friend groups may mark they are willing to coach.
Key Dates – Spring 2026
- Registration Closes: March 14
- Coaches Receive Rosters By: March 26
- Season Kickoff Scrimmage: March 28
- Regular Season Games: April 18, April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, May 30
- Championship Saturday: June 6 (all teams play)
Scrimmage times and locations will be emailed once teams are set. If unsure, go to your assigned site at 12:00 PM on March 28 and league staff will assist.
Divisions & Format
All divisions play 6-on-6.
- Kindergarten: Smaller fields; coach is QB; simplified rules.
- 1st–2nd Grade: Smaller fields; coach is QB.
- 3rd–4th Grade: Larger fields; players are QB; full league rules.
- 5th–6th Grade: Larger fields; players are QB; full league rules.
- Junior High (7th–9th): Combined division; full teams strongly recommended.
- High School (10th–12th): Combined division; full teams strongly recommended.
Locations
- Teams are assigned to fields near their high school boundary when possible.
- Final locations depend on registrations and field availability.
- Locations are confirmed via email before the season begins.
Uniforms & Equipment
- League provides: Major Flag Football jersey, shorts, flag, and team footballs.
- Players provide: cleats (no metal), mouthguard, and weather-appropriate gear.
Late Registration
If extra spots and jerseys are available, we may briefly reopen registration and will email details. Otherwise, we cannot accept late sign-ups due to scheduling and ordering constraints.
Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable after March 28.
Waiver
By registering, you agree to the Major Flag Football Waiver & Release of Liability, including assumption of risk, consent for basic medical treatment, and acknowledgment of our refund policy.
Parent & Athlete Expectations
- Positive sideline behavior and communication.
- Respect for officials, coaches, players, and opponents.
- Read league emails and website updates before reaching out with questions.
